2 long days...

okok.. 2 days never blog le... in this post, i will summrise the 2 looooooooong days..

14 August 2008: 10am-10pm

reflection on the work: my hand turn sour

ok.. under weiliang and alan and ronald

weiliang take care of the turn over for lunch adn we only have 1.5 hours to set up the table and to move the buffet line to inside the ballroom..

alan's incharge of the organiser, and ronald was in charge of the exhibition outside the grand ballroom...

i am under weiliang(emo) to be more specific

very stress... at one time, emo dunno why shout across the ball room.. i thought that emo's shouting at a staff, but yet to find out that he was actually shouting at someone of a higher rank than himself.. O.O

stunned when i heard this.. LOL

so, the programme goes like this..

around 11.30 went to clear all the materials inside the ballroom and turn over for lunch..

by 1 pm, must finish the setups.

after lunch, around 3, cleared all buffet things then turn over for cocktail that night..

once cocktail starts, have been serving the drinks since door open( 5.45) to around 8 like that.. two hours... hand turned sour.. LOL..

also, had my lunch at 1 ++ pm, the had our dinner at 4.30.. do full lah...

also had some photos taken in the storeroom during eat snake time.. hee..

me and ronald.. wenting, remember that he's the one whom help you signed the voucher, then you can get your money that day de.. his name is "RONALD" repeat after me " RONALD"! GOOD GIRL WENTING!!

then after the store photo taking session, had another round while we were about to go back home.... hahahahaha... the starter is of course melah... wait a minute.. realise that i have been using lots of sepia effect photos.. yeah... been addicted to this effect.. LOL... why? cos it covers my rosey cheeks everytime i took photos.. hahahaha...

ady and me.. ady act cool lah.. does he look like an indian? he says he's an indian.. he really is an indian cos he got show his IC to us. LOL...indian mixed malays.. this show racial harmony in singapore.. LOL
meet ying dan!! she's jensen's girlfriend aka future wife to be.. hahahahaha... i will definitelyremember that when i first worked with her, she lied to me... that time i was under jensen. then she has been criticising jensen from head to toe.. then in the end she throw this phrase out “谁要是坐了他的女朋友，肯定很惨”when she was actually jensen's girl friend lor.. and know what, i actually believed her.. i so stupid... LOL.... she told me to tell jensen the phrase she told me... i'm the messenger meh.. Hee.. haha...

she got good memory also... donkey years ago, we were doing setting... she setting for level 4 and me alone set for level 2.. then i can't find show plate, so went into the ballroom.. i thought she has 2 VIP tables, so i counted how many VIP glass show plates she has.. she had 30 in her trolley, so i tooked 10 pieces away...while setting, i am surprised that every piece was sparkling clean... 1st time it's so clean.. after that, when ying dan saw me, she asked if i had "steal" her glass show plates so i explained that she only need 20 glass show plates.. she say she had 3 VIP tables.. i told her that i will give her back, then she say no need le, cos she already replace it le(she's not angry, she's smiling, but very sarcastic, call me 你这个偷show plate的小偷) ... opps.. so until now, she still remember that... haha.. feel very happy working with her, dan jie, haha=)
we act cute.. lol.. (actually she wants to dig nose de.. haha..jkjk)

i like freak like that.. now learning how to zi pai, then everyday zi pai.. LOL.. but practice makes perfect lah.. hee...

okok..then voucher closed at 10.15pm and went home with 'sour' hands.. LOL

let's proceed to today.. haha
15 August 2008: 7am-7pm
reflection on today's work: leg turned sour
working at level 3 today.. got 3 coffee break and 2 lunch.. working with vincent, mark, wu lin and yoke kwan.. not very tired today, but just the leg very sour after standing the whole day.. auntie yoke kwan do the pick up of the food and also standby for swallow. i standby at paradiso and also prepare for the chinese lunch. during lunch, got the support from xiao yuan, yuman and 2 other newbies..

me and xiao yuan do the chinese lunch and it was so damn fast lah... ah chew did the pick up for us and vincent help us portion. it was like i haven even finish portioning the food to the guest, the next course was already up.. damn fast.. but xiao yuan say it's considered slow as conpared to yesterday. yesterday even the biggest boss of banquet department help to portion the food lor... simon chee helped, raymond also helped.. LOL..
oh ya!! today we eat the remaining food with simon chee and maricel and vincent!! wow... xiao yuan and me lucky haha.. first time dun need to hide and eat.. LOL.. still got craneberry juice to go along with.. contented..

me with joel.. showed yuman this photo.. she says that i should take photo with joel frequently as my face seems small when i take with him.. hahahahaha.... so cute lor...

lastly yuman and me.. taken at the somerset MRT station..i told her that my cheeks looks rosey when i take photos and also my chin there, also quite red... she say it's very nice cos it's like natural blusher.. Haha... LOL... she say with your 2 cheeks and chin being rosey, it makes my face looks smaller.. i don't know.. haha.. and the day of work just ended like that.. Haha...

p.s: i will wait until lau chi hoon to online tonight.. i will i will! i will~
